1. Registration Fees
- The student registration/admission fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Once the registration process is completed, the amount paid towards registration will not be returned, adjusted, or transferred.
2. Tuition Fees Refund
- Tuition fees may be considered for refund only within 3 to 5 days from the date of admission.
- Refund requests submitted after 5 days of admission will not be accepted.
- Approval of the refund request is subject to management review and institutional policies.
3. Hostel Fees Refund
- Hostel fees may also be considered for refund within 3 to 5 days from the date of hostel admission/allotment.
- Any hostel fee refund will be processed only after verification of room usage, damages (if any), and other applicable conditions.
- Refund approval remains solely at the discretion of the management.
4. Conditions for Refund
Refunds, if approved, may be subject to:
- Administrative and processing charges
- Deduction of services already utilized
- Verification of submitted documents and admission details
- Approval from the institute management
The institute reserves the right to reject any refund request that does not comply with the stated terms and conditions.
5. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will generally be processed within 7 to 15 working days from the date of approval.
- The refund amount will be transferred through the original mode of payment or any other approved banking method.
6. Management Rights
Navjeevan Science Group reserves the right to modify, update, or change this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
